We all love to eat and every once and a while we over do it. Those buffet鈥檚 claim many victims馃

So what should we do when we over do it? The temptation is to try and undo what we鈥檝e done.

Some of us will try and burn it off on the treadmill, or eat next to nothing thinking we need to rebalance the equation.

But this approach of extremes is not the answer. Just getting back to your normal eating and movement really is the best option馃槈
