Cardio – the secret to Fat Loss?

Here’s the truth…

You don’t need to do endless cardio to shed the weight.

🤔Simply doing cardio without adjusting your calories won’t lead to significant weight loss. It’s been found in a meta-analysis that aerobic exercise “is not an effective weight loss therapy” without also addressing nutrition.

It’s important to know that being strong is just as important as a healthy cardiovascular system. We recommend 3 x strength sessions per week along with something like walking to improve your overall wellbeing.

However, you should still include cardio in your routine. Why?
