The Set-up
- Standing up with good posture
Coaching Points
- One or both feet step/jump back as both hands touch the ground
- Create a strong plank position
- From here you do a push-up
- Standing tall again by jumping/stepping feet together
- Finishing as if you were standing up with good posture
Quality Criteria
- Elbows 30 degree out from body in push-up
- No unfinished push-up, use full Range of Motion in the push-up phase (chest to ground)
- No arch of lower back (Slinking up)
- No shoulder shrug to ears as you push up
- No rounding of lower back in jump/step up
